Single fan with grill, Ceramic Interior.

I have a weekly cleaning routine for this oven – kids don’t know how to wipe after use or are long gone before it cools enough to wipe.

I have two questions

1) My main reason for using the forum
At the back of the oven is the fan protected by a back plate screwed / bolted in ot each corner.
I was wondering if it would be safe to remove this once a week just for cleaning purposes as it would save me from stretching to clean it.? I do not wish to remove, alter or play about with the fan or any thing else covered by the back plate.
By safe I mean, is it a stand alone protection, or attached behind to anything that would be displaced if the plate was loosened removed. Or would I have difficulty in screwing / bolting the plate back, due to their fixings moving out of line or dropping to the bottom of the oven?

2) My second question is concerning the shelf supports. These I remove each week prior to cleaning. Whilst they are removable for that purpose, are they and and or, the holes in the side walls meant to be used as frequently as this.
My concern in this respect is not the shelf supports themselves, but the holes in the side walls in which they are held. Are they robust enough to have the supports removed each and every week?
