Electrolux Oven EOB3400AOX not working

I have an Electrolux single fan oven (4 years old) and neither the oven or grill are heating up. The fan doesnt work or the light inside or by the knobs either.
The Clock is the only thing that works when you turn the oven on and its not battery powered so cant be the fuse.
I have replaced the heating element & the main thermostat. Still nothing. There are no burnt out components anywhere or wires- all looks fine.
I would be grateful if anyone had any ideas??

Are you sure the clock isn’t in an automatic mode as that would give the symptoms described, the common issues and how to solve it described here:
