    lets you select function ie grill / oven etc , display indicates pre -set temps oven light comes on , but app wont heat ,
    tried resetting clock , made sure wasnt on auto etc ..
    customer said all the pre seat heat seting have changed as well ?

    anyone seen this before

    sounds like the child safety lock is on

    tried that , put lock on and then off again ..
