    Have e/lux EWX14540W washer/dryer that will work ok on cool washes but on the hotest washes it cuts out completely with the door interlock returned to open. There is no error code displayed and can sometimes take 6 hours or so before the machine can be reset. Is there some sort of thermal cut out on this machine?

    Electrolux probs.

    Have e/lux washer/dryer EWX14540W which when on the hot washes stops completely with the door able to open. No fault code is displayed and it can take many hours to be able to be operated again. Is there some sort of thermal cut out on this machine?
