Dear all,
Are Electrolux becoming really inefficient and difficult to deal with, or is it just me?
I’m finding it particularly frustrating when trying to order spare parts by phone. (very long wait times, sometimes cut off after 15-20 mins, and unable to obtain any discount.)
I probably don’t meet their criteria as a “one man band,” and quite often order Electrolux parts from the likes of Connect Distribution, although said parts aren’t always in stock, or available through them.
