Hi, I have an Electrolux dishwasher model ESL6114 which is 13 months old – just out of guarantee. Whichever of the 4 wash programmes I choose they seem to get stuck, resulting in a never-ending wash. The only way to move the wash towards completion seems to be to manually move the timer ‘wheel’ onwards – but this then results in either an incomplete wash/rinse or incomplete emptying or both.
Any clues are welcome. PS I’m a complete novice at this

I would suggest you contact a ServiceForce (Electrolux Service) agent to be honest given it’s age.
Make sure you’ve done the usual checks of course, blockages, filters etc.
They are very good normally with appliances just out of warranty.
