Electrolux TE1220E dryer belt keeps falling off

Hi I have been to the above dryer and the belt was off so I examined the jockey pulley and it looked to be slightly bent so I ordered a new one and fitted it but it’s still keeps coming off when going in reverse. Has anyone come across this before? The belt looks fine .
product no 988690051/00.

not got any tech on these because lux professional is seperate from the domestic stuff

something must be out of line its just trying to find out what

Thanks Dave I have a belt ordered and will wait for that before I go strippng it down and checking everything.
