    How to open these plastick locks and can you lock these again or buy new one?

    I have never opened this kind locking ring.

    They’re very simple. Use a screwdriver or fine nosed pliers to push the two parts apart to release. To reapply, use bent fine nosed pliers to push the two parts together, using the indentations at either side for the plier ends.
