Electrolux washer dryer EWX14440w ‘ e13 ‘ fault code

Was showing ED4 so disconnected the dryer heater, worked ok.

Now two months later the customer says is stopping mid cycle.

In fault code it shows ‘e13’, yet I can’t find any other fault or earth leaks with machine and inlet valves ok.

any ideas? 😕

Overall maximum water fill time exceeded (the sum of all the water fills between one drain phase and the next, to avoid exceeding the maximum volume)- Have you checked for syphoning ?
