    Hi, This is an older appliance.

    This vacuum has a brush motor. The terminal connections attach to what looks like a small capacitor/filter. This has blown. As far as I can tell the Brushes are good and no Earth faults are present.

    Does anyone know where I might purchase this small part of the motor? Or will I need to order a replacement motor? although that option does seem a waste. It seems there are many different motors and I do not know which one to order?

    Any help would be fantastic.

    Both parts are listed by Electrolux as obsolete.
