Electrue

I am having problems with Electrue telling me that one part will fit which in actual fact does not. I am talking about the modules that fit WD420P and Indesit machines part number C00145013 thay do not as one of the small edge connectors do not fit. I have already lost one customer because of this and I do not want to loss any more.

You have the wrong module, there are two different ones depending on serial number ( differs from Indesit to Hotpoint ) machines. The later module, C00145013 does not have a J10 connection. Module C00143056 does.

They are not interchangable.

This does mean that Electrue are getting it wrong as we ask them which should be used.

why have hotpoint changed the design of the module by inserting a J10 connector If I remember correctely the cables only go to the dryer fan motor, What was wrong with the old module which fitted most of the machines.
