you can do or just reconnect them to the element in any order and should be safe

no thats been taken out and they even left the wires in the correct places so if you get a new element we can get it going

also you seemed to have used your email address as your forum name. This is a public forum so anyone can see it and send you sll sorts of things you dont want

the white wire is damaged halfway through showing bare wire, is there not a terminal block in back of oven that i can disconnect the wires from and omit them altogether and not have a grill as i dont need it i dont have cooker though

there will be if you trace the wires back once you remove the covers

you may have to cut the wires if they dont go back to a seperate terminal

kwatt anyway for this person to change the name shown as it shows an email address in a public forum ?

should be as long as the wires are securely attatched to the harness

since you can no longer use the grill its unlikely to get hot enough at the top to cause any problems

no does not matter
cable is heat proof so as long as there is no bare wire to touch anything it will be fine

The wires were cable tied to a black wire just under element holes but I had to cut element wires back as the black element wire was bare further over so that’s where I cut it too
