Element for electrolux electric oven

Hi, any help guys,
Got a call this evening to look at an Electrolux fan oven that was not heating, told customer I would call tomorrow, I’m presuming its the element or could be a stat, was told light and fan is coming on but no heat, thing is the customer couldn’t get any model or pnc number of the appliance,(they said it was all burnt or blackened, and had no manual) only number they could get which is a serial number I think was 319255700, my problem is the job is a nice distance away so just wondering is their any way I can determine which element I would need or which model this appliance is from the number given above. I know I could go and look at the oven first and hope the elements or stats I have in my van will do the trick but knowing my luck I would have the wrong one! :rolls:
has anyone any ideas how to sort this one 😉

I wouldn’t even try to guess without a model or PNC number if I were you.

Would imagine most of them would have wide boss ELE4079 / 3116448006 fitted.
