I am about to change the element on the bottom (fan) oven on a Lamona LAM4400.
Having moved the fan/element cover, I find that instead of 3 screws which normally hold the element in – this has 1 screw and 2 studs. Can I prise off the studs from the front, or do I have to remove the oven fully to get to the back? Obviously I would prefer the first, but would it damage the fixing for when I try to replace the element if I do? Help!

This unit is probably built by Beko so screws from rear. Take back off to remove screws

Yes, I think it is probably a Beko manufacture.
So, no help for it but take it out to get the back off… Damn.
    Thanks for the help though.
    Cheers, Derek.

Just to say that it the element does have a threaded stud that is fixed at the back of the oven. Why, oh why do they do that and turn an easy job into something more demanding and fiddly? Currently waiting for the replacement part from the internet. At least I know how it goes together now… Cheers and thanks again.
