Element needed for “Cookers” model 600306 / 600206

Our “Cookers” double oven took it on itself to blow the element for the main oven. The oven itself is labelled as a Model 05-600306/2, but the Owner’s Guide is labelled 600206.

The element appears to be stamped with 31277865568 2000W. It’s a double loop arrangement (i.e. a coiled element which goes round twice).

The thing was installed before we moved into this house, but I understand that it was probably bought at B&Q. I’ve seen lots on the web about Bernstein / Caremark / Expert Applicance Care / B&Q, none of which fills me with very much confidence.

Bottom line: can anyone tell me where I can get a replacement element from?

Thanks for any help you can offer – I’m getting rather hungry…

Go by the label on the appliance as this will be the correct number, the 600206 user manual is probably the same for both.

The element is 76X3719 which is £35.21 inc VAT and postage.
