customer sayes freezer was noisy and had some ice build up , upon inspection the fan is on constantly and it is cooling ok in freezer but fridge is intermittent ,it froze ice cubes in a few hours ,this is an integrated f/f with no ventilation holes in the kickboard and it is roughly 7 yrs old also water is collecting on the floor of the fridge compartment any ideas defrost heater element is ok reading 252ohms any info on these thanks

Think the fact that it had no ventilation would lead you to believe that condenser doesn’t cool & would overfreeze in evaporator & possible cause the fan getting stuck. At this stage it may need to be re-gassed too, just a thought.

yeah , seamy sounds suspect i tested the 2 cutouts near the defrost heater today one black one grey , open closed at different temps? both were reading continuity, i’m not 100 {e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} but should only one at a time be able to make the circuit ?
