Elica cooker hood

I cannot see how to access the cooker hood control switch assembly behind the touch buttons if thats possible Otherwise the cooker hood power module must be faulty. The motor runs for a couple of minutes then switches of-light works OK

Can you give me the 12NC code on the rating plate or sticker inside the hood that starts with 208?

I can’t see exactly how to get into that one but the blowout is attached.

start by removing the chimney

dont know if item 0020 is glass but if yes you may be able to take that off first
