    Hello,
we’ve got Elica Hood above our kitchen island. I think that it was installed between 2009-2012.
On the label it says Model: ICE-SS/SF
If I want to switch off any level (1, 2 or 3) of the fan, I can do so but I can hear some quiet noise comming from the inside of the exctractor. It seems like motor is running, I can hear the hum and red light is still on.
Would you be able to help?

    Thanks
    Best regards
    Robert

well it depends how its controlled and I have no parts breakdowns for these

am assuming its controlled by a circuit board and that is not functioning correctly which means a new board

but it would have to be checked to make sure the noise is what you think it is
