    I got no replies to my question about the Hotpoint WF220 so I’ve been trying to contact EMW to ask for advice, replacement modules etc. Does anyone know if they have shut down for a holiday or whatever?

    I would suspect that as I have stated in answer to your other question, it is doubtful if there have been significant numbers of all known failures to
    be able to guess at possible causes of your problem.

    If and when you do manage to sort it then your experience would be invaluable to us all. 😉

    I ordered a module on Thursday, it arrived as usual next morning. So they were not on holiday this week.
