I,ve just bought a new vac for the van £39 from Wickes. My last one, same machine, lasted five years does the job perfectly. I know Dyson is not a wet pickup but if you start to factor in price difference where is the efficiency ? Except for Mr Dysons bank balance
the old hoover juniors were about 400w and did the job Dysons are at least twice the power so you could argue contribute twice as much to global warming lol
But aren’t Dyson equipped with filters that clog up a lot worse than bags, just at a slower rate? When customers lend me their Dyson to defluff a dryer, I generally find they have incredibly poor suction.
that’s because not many people read the instructions and clean the filters. At least with a paper bag customers get better air flow over time so motors last longer
