I have a matrix in Excel format that you can use for engineers reports. If you look on the tabs there will be a set up that will show how many 1st time fixes etc. There is a daily sheet that the engineer needs to fill out which compliments the excel form which is in word format.
I’ve asked Ken to put them on downloads, and they can now be found in both Excel & Word sections of the downloads. You will need both forms; don’t be put off by the complex nature, it does work and is a useful management tool.
You can modify this to suit your business, for example we have added a particular W.P. to the field, this gives me a true indication of the day to day running of that W.P. against other parts of your business. You may be surprised of your own findings.
We have been using this for 3 years now.
