Had a call from this company, recommended by RETRA trade ass.
So all above board.

They will collect FREE 😯 Yes FREE

I did ask like everyone will whats the catch.
There isnt one as far as I can see.

All your packaging polystyrene, cardboard , plastic wrapp.

I have been searcing for someone for ages and the company i use charge a fortune to collect (although they are recycling and selling on)

All this company wants in return is your Weee appliances.

(I know John is on the case up north with his own skips etc and has been recycling appliances for his own tonneage offset, so dont want to step on any ones toes here or at the least upset anyone)

This is for anyone who has not got the facility to recycle themself or use Johns facilties.

But in the past I have found the main difficultly is getting rid of the packaging; at the end of the day doing the right thing by collecting and disposing of the packaging for the customer is part of the deal. At the end of the day if you leave it with your customer to dispose of and it goes into wheelie bin then landfill which i am sure none of us wants.
(By the way I am not a recycling freek just do my little bit!!)

They will accept refrigeration, as well as all other white goods.
As long as it is not hazzardous R12 or TVs they charge for the paper trail.

Anything else is FREE all paper work done and logged for you as well.

All our situations are different so its tailored to individuals needs.

Makes sense price of scrap metal now going up so they are off setting it against the rest of the collection services.

Suppose if carboard and paper start going up they would be laughing.

Especially as it goes to china and sent back to us as tin cans and christmas wrapping paper.
