Hi
Can any one tell me why on this cooker the main oven will not work. top oven works but clock and control black. Customer said when oven button pressed it gave a pop and clock whent black

Sounds like the clock has expired. If the clock doesn’t work, then you cannot set it to ‘manual’; therefore the relay switching power to the oven is not activated. Hence dead oven. The top oven / grill is not controlled by the clock, so remains unaffected.
Clock is gonna be costly……… 🙁
