Error 63 – Bosch Logixx 8 Washing Machine

Cany anyone help identify this message? F:63 displayed on Bosch Logixx 8. It won’t clear even when you’ve switched off at the mains then back on again. We’ve emptied it, taken the water out, sworn at it and all sorts…

Are these not under two year old?

If so, they’re still covered under your warranty, contact the retailer you bought from.

Thanks for this – I think!

The last bit is /03 – wouldn’t care but it’s just out the wrapper – just installed yesterday – started it off and it filled with water then “hung” (sorry I’m an IT person!) – tried to reboot but to no avail…

Hopefully it’s covered by warranty

I would do as macmini says and return to retailer if its brand new as this has a fault, just one of those things 😕

just a thought, if you didn’t have a dishwasher before and you have fitted the drain hose under the sink , check that the end has been cut off.

I agree try removing drain hose from waste and placing it in a bucket. Then try to drain the m/c.

Otherwise you will more than likely face a call out charge if it’s not the m/c that is faulty.

Wouldn’t you get F13 for drain problem instead of F63 which is an error in the power module :con: 😀

Hi, yes it’s a washing machine…but I checked the drainage pipe anyway and it’s okay. Hopefully we’ll get someone out to fix it – or replace it – in the next day or two…the washing is piling up!
