Error Code – Candy GOF 662

Good morning,

I have a new (4 Months or so) Candy GOF 662 washing machine and has recently been giving an error code which is hard to clear.

Three lights flash, “Door Security”, “Drain Only” and “No Spin” with the only way to clear it is to turn the power off at the plug and wait 30 seconds or so. I do realise this is not an ideal way of sorting this out as it fixes nothing!

The only event to occur before the error started was I had a water softener installed but I do realise this is probably a coincidence.

I did a search on this forum and Google but could not find anything, I’m hoping someone can help.

From what I can see its a Cuore board in that machine and all the info on it is here:

From what I can see that model should have a digital display that shows the error code.
