    Hi there,

    I checked the heating element and the reading is 62 ohms with a multimeter. I also replaced the pcb that connects to it and that made no difference, the pcb number is Electrolux 132447802
    Procond 451532001

    There are no 240v present on the heating element terminals but the fan is working ok and the heating element stays cold when I touch it with my hands.

    Are you checking the right heating element? The fault code refers to the water heater NOT the dryer heater.

    My washing machine is not drying my clothes. E69 is a drying error code, any ideas on faults?

    News to me, the service manual refers to the water heater that is powered from J6 on the dryer board. 😕

    The water is heating fine as I checked it from the drain. Does someone have a service manual I could download for this Zanussi model?
