Error Code EE on Hotpoint Mistral Plus

I have a Hotpoint mistral plus fridge freezer that has started to display an error code EE. We have followed instructions to clear the workings of dust etc have left it turned off etc but the error code is still present.

Are you able to advise me on what replacement part to order from you to return the unit to normal working order

EE being a defrost time out so, depending on the model, could be sensors, could be a board, could be a heater…

Fault codes only tell you so much I’m afraid, they don’t usually tell you the exact nature of the fault or, what’s busted.
