Error Code F36 – WAE24468GB/17 Bosch Exxcel 7 1200 Express

Guys&Gals – On completion of the last two wash cycles (and a spin cycle) I noticed a different beeping pattern and the display was showing F36.
I cannot find any reference to this in the product documentation, and so far internet searching has drawn a blank. Apologies if this is in the forum somewhere, but I have failed to find it in the last 15 minutes!
Any thoughts?

Whoops – must learn to re-read posts! It is F36 Not F26, I will try and edit the original post

Edited it for you, F36 doesn’t appear in the lists we have, hopefully one of the Bosch specialists may have an idea.

Apart from that then all components will need a visual and electrical examination.

Should it be of use to anyone else, response from Bosch customer service:

“An F36 fault is an indicator that the door lock is failing and would need an engineer to repair.”
