Error code help

Hi, getting error code 00101100 on smartdrive model 661TW, any help will be appreciated

It ain’t pumping out fast enough……. Check for blockages, kinked/crushed drain hose. Remember that the pump is live as long as the machine is plugged in.

back again, pump and hose seem to be clear and free,tried to work it (advanced to spin) with bowl out and it brought up error 00101011,retried it by setting diagnostic and showed the same, am I mucking it up by having bowl out? thanks Pav oops I see this fault has been covered quite a bit ,I should have searched first 😳

I swapped the pump out of my daughters machine and is running good,but she came over complaining that her one was playing up exactly like ours was, so i suppose i will have to stick it back in her machine. There is a pump on a local internet auction sight which is a different model # to mine, but seller declares it will fit all smartdrives,is this correct?it is a model GW600B-K

Yup, it should fit. They have used a couple of different manufacturers for the pumps over the years, but they do interchange.

Bid one dollar on used pumped,was offered at four dollars bought it cost eight dollars with freight, impeller and plastic cover were different so changed them over and is working great(so far) thanks for help Penguin45. pav
