error code on midea dishwasher

I have the wash light flickering on our dishwasher which indicates overfilling, possibly caused by the strainer in the bottom being cloggeg. I have cleaned this and reset the machine and is has emptied the water however the same error code still comes up. I am electrically trade qualifed but thought someone here may have a quick fix from experience before I start pulling the thing apart.

After a bit of fiidling I have managed to fix the problem myself. To clear the error, tilt the machine forward until all the water has drained out. They seem to keep water in there somewhere even though none is evident inside the dishwasher.

It has either over soaped or it has an internal leak. Water should not run out from underneath unless the base has flooded.
