Error Codes For Tecnik DW2677/1

Hi,
I have a Tecnik 2677/1 which is coming up with 12 flashes after dumping the water from the dishwasher. Does anyone have the error code list for this dishwasher please.

fault 12 is a divertor valve fault
but
before you dig in deep, this is a whirlpool built unit and they have a habit of breaking the wires at the bottom of the door

be careful when you inspect for this as there can be a lot of wires the same colour and if more then one is broken you need to know where to join them back

Hi Dave,

Thanks for the reply. I took the door off and have had a good look at the wires two of the thin black ones going to the programmer looked suspect but after taking back the wire insulation they are Ok. Where is the diverter valve?.

I can see the temp probe, the pressure switch the water inlet valve at the water inlet at the back and a solenoid on the salt dispenser.

as far as i can see your model does not have a divertor valve which is a motorised valve in the sump to alternate water pressure between upper and lower bars

are you sure of the fault code, re check its 13 flashes

Hi Again,

It is 12 flashes for sure. I have disconnected and re-connected all of the plugs to the control board and it now seems to be running. Just letting it run through a cycle.
I reckon there is a bad contact somewhere..

makes sense as they will have put a link in the timer to cancel the error code on models without the valve
