Error Lights On Indesit WIDL126

I am getting warning lights flashing on my washer dryer (Door Light,Delay & Easy Iron Lights) Is there a specific problem and can I resolve it?

Alan, can you give us the position of these flashing lights please as we work not on names of buttons but their position (i.e from left to right, light 1, light 2 light 3 light 4)

Are you from South Yorkshire by any chance….just curious? 😉

It’s button 1 & 2. Not from South Yorks, Manchester.

Buttons 1 & 2 flashing indicate a ‘Communication error’ and that usually means that the programme selector circuit board is not communicating with the main module in the base?

So I guess no easy fix Alan and best seek a bit of expert help (see link below 😉 )

And fine on Manchester by the way, just thought I ask 8)

I have a similar machine and a similar set of lights, but mine are not flashing. The door lock light flashes and lights 1 & 2 are on continuously.

Does this still mean a communication error, and what does that actually mean?
