Error on a WIE 2B19 UK whirlpool dishwasher

Hi all, would love some help, cannot work this out. Dishwasher I think tripped the electrics in the house last week, since it’s not worked. When I turn the power back on, nothing happens for around 5-10 mins. Then the machine bleeps, the power button flashes quickly and doesn’t stop. 2 lights are on – one for 55 degree was the other one is the 50 degree quick wash: pic here https://ibb.co/dgNPw1M

that looks like fault 12

communication error between main board and user interface

there is a cable running between the top and bottom board. if this is connected and in good condition then its a board problem
