    customer says d/washer used to take 35-40 mins on quick wash but now takes over an hour told them to see if it was getting water hot and it is heating ok, anyone advise@#?

    This is an old style machine and could possible be a timer fault but would check as you stated the heating along with filling and pumping, also that the siphon tubes are not blocked, these can cause a lot of problems with timer sticking
