    Yes.

    It will apply to anything sold within the EU. Country of origin is not relevant.

    If all manufacturers offered parts cover and a fixed price repair it would solve a lot of issues.

    I don’t know how people are going to be able to fix their own appliances when sometimes not even the manufacturer knows what’s wrong
