Eurocave wine cooler compressor start relay

I have a Eurocave wine cooler and there are 2 wires that appear to be used as a fuse and one of them is burnt. Doesn’t look like the wires can be spliced due to resistance and the wires go into the side wall of the cooler. I can’t access the wires. I was planning to run new wires but I can’t access them and I’m not sure what they connect to. I have looked for a long time and cannot find any electrical schematics anywhere. Any help is greatly appreciated.

That is a very “niche” appliance, do you have a model number and I’ll try a search but, I’d not hold out much hope of getting any info on it?
