    Hello
    I’m having a problem with my Eurolec Dw004 Type DW 24E1
    Basically after 5 mins in a wash cycle it stops the cycle and produces an error on the panel with the following flashing lights: Second light flashing alternately with the first, third and fourth. (Inicidently the pre-wash cycle completes successfully with no error!)
    The accompanying booklet does not give a reason for this error but states to call Support – with no number attached !
    Does anyone know what this error is and a contact to resolve it.
    As usual in these matters I have had it just over a year and I suspect it is out of warranty… 🙁

    I contacted AIS who confirmed the dishwasher is not draining properly. Before I ask for an engineer to be called (which will cost me as it is just out of warranty!) is there anything I can easily check to potentially save some money / embarrassment ?
