    Dishwasher fills, detergent door opens, waits for several minutes (heating water I presume) then immediately drains, beeps constantly and lights flash, alternating between the following sequences:

    Washing: ON Rinsing: OFF Drying: ON End: ON
    Washing: OFF Rinsing: ON Drying: OFF End: OFF

    This happens no matter which prog is selected. Thinking it may be a water heating problem as the fault always occurs during the heating phase. Anyone know what this fault sequence means, or what the problem could be? Wife now nagging severely so any advice more than welcome!!!

    Control PCB is ENCAST V54E000F4

    Either heater or pcb. If heater checks out ok, PCB most likely culprit; about £70 last time I checked.

    Power off if investigating this yourself.

    Cheapest I can find the PCB module is £94.95 from apart4u.com
    Can’t find part number for heater, can anyone help with either?

    Probable fault..95{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} positive is the stat on the base has tripped.

    Stat = thermostat? And pls explain tripped, is this a simple reset or a replacement required?
