Masterpart charge you more if you don’t order online….
None of them are perfect. There’s one I use who can’t deliver a special order part in under two weeks – usually three (You know who you are – you read on here – fix it), especially Distri stuff. Especially annoying when I can get 2 day service through a local small distributor for an extra couple of quid. There’s one I use whose accounts department is incapable of telling the sales department that the account is up to date. I could go on…..
You (literally) pays your money and takes your choice.
