Hi all, just found this and thought it may be of interest, it allows you to categorise notes on a variety of devices. Once a note is made or updated, it is copied to the other devices you have connected. So you can add to the parts order list on the smart phone and it will automatically be copied to the office PC, You can also copy PDF files across between devices. Its a free download at http://www.evernote.com
