    Hi,
My first post and any advice/help would be gratefully received. I can get an ex display Admiral fridge freezer model no Admiral SAF224GB for £799. It has a few minor cosmetic marks and a small dint on the side. However I noticed that at the bottom behind the removable panel the plastic hose is split, looks like it may have been cut, but I am guessing that it may be where the filter goes or a splitter of some sort. Any ideas, should it be cut or in one piece.

Also can I connect this to a washing machine connection?, will this require a new connection kit?, all I could see in the appliance was a couple of brass connectors and no pipe.

    Thanks Michael

I appreciate that you want to buy this item at a knocked down price but you really should be getting a complete unit not one with bits missing. You can get a water connection kit fairly easily which includes the connector that fits to the water solenoid and via small bore plastic pipe to the water supply. After all you wouldn’t buy a car with only three wheels from the front forecourt.
