    I received a call from home yesterday morning that the old Zanussi washing machine had (yet again) decided to go thro every program on its list rather than just the chosen one. Having already done some research I decided to order the ISE machine via this site. Ordered it at 3:30. About half an hour later I got a call from the local installer RDS, (near Newbury) that he had 1 in stock and could install straight away if that was suitable! So by the time I got home, at about 7PM, there was a brand new washing machine being installed.
    I have to say, I can’t ever remember having had such an excellent service, so a big thanks to all involved and while I’m at it, thanks for this excellent site.
