Our washing machine is starting to get picky with what it wants to wash.

When the machine is in fault, it will still be full of water, and will beep constantly, with the very left and the very right LEDs on. If I turn the machine off then on again, and re start it say, begining of the rinse cycle, it will seem to work for a few minutes then fault again.

I tried looking up the fault code as directed, and the first LED sequence that comes on is 11110000.

    Does this mean anything?

It’s an odd one…….. The display board is ostensibly faulty BUT – if your supply voltage is markedly low and the machine tries to pump out, after a very short period of time you get the same code.

Not running on a genny or anything like that are you? Check household supply voltage.
