F & P Smartdrive 058 unbalanced reset

We are having an issue with our smartdrive 058 going through the normal routine until such time as it becomes unbalanced, it is doing this far more often and when re-balance we used to be able to press the start again and the wash program would continue – now we re-balance and press the start button and it starts the whole wash program from the beginning??

Any thoughts??

OK, you got me…….. No idea. One obvious thing to check is that the bias spring in the front left corner of the casing is still attached to the tub. If it isn’t, the tub will hit the Out Of Balance lever on a nuisance basis. You could try running the diagnostic sequence after the next failure and see what you get. See sticky at the top of the forum.
