Got an error code of 37. All cycles seem to work but it won’t spin, the pump continues to pump even when there is no water left in the bowl, then it stops for a bit and then starts again but with still no spin. When I removed the pump (from underneath) I found nothing to be blocking it. The pump seems to work fine when I check it in diagnostics mode (as I pour water in to bowl with a bucket it comes straight out the siphon hose) but it just won’t get into spin mode. Do I have to remove the bowl completely and clean from the top? Please help as I live in a remote area and would probably have to airlift a F & P tech out to me!

    Thanks in Advance

It won’t spin because it thinks that it’s still full of water.

Check that the air hose to the level switch is not kinked or trapped and that you can blow down it with minmal resistance. If all clear, the problem lies with the pcb – the level switch may be stuck or the pcb itself may not be reading the switch signals. Either way, you’d need to replace it.

I flushed it out today and also cleaned the entire bowl inside and out to be sure that there are no blockages anywhere. At the end of the cycle on the second last L.E.D it makes a beeping sound similar to when you first turn it on and both the hot and cold L.E.D’s are flashing along with the second last L.E.D closest to the SPIN L.E.D. Does this tell you anything? Or confirm anything for you? Just wanted to make sure before changing pcb.
    Cheers

Now it is doing something else, it did this about a week ago but the problem went away. When I power off the machine it turns back on and beeps continuously and wont stop until I hit pause or turn it off at the wall, unscrew the display panel and hold it in my hands it turns on and off no no prob, its as if ther is another button being pressed in or something. I noticed if I screw it back in and leave the middle screw out with a small gap approx 2mm the problem seems to go away. Is there perhaps something wrong with the display panel’s pcb? or would the fault be coming from the Controller Motor pcb?

No water….. It’s not syphoning is it? Also check “size” setting – this may fit in with your display board problem if it’s not located properly.

Main pcb is 425895P if you decide to go that way.
