F & P smartdrive 9 series 5 blown fuses ?

Just inherited a flashy ‘new’ electronic washing machine and would like to get it going, my daily runner is still going strong with a mechanical timer

story I was told was it leaked water, otherwise fine, yeah right !

Both fuses blown violently with damage to blue relay handy on board, any ideas why and if needed where do I get a board ?
