I have a bosch washing machine here in the workshop wae24464gb/03 it is over heating. i changed the ntc on the element but it is still overheating so presuming its the board. i have just done the reset procedure (i.e the one you do to clear the f21 fault) and f20 has come up on it. can anyone enlighten me as to what f20 is and is it related to my problem. thanks

My guess is ths heater relay sticking – F.20 is unexpected heating so if you’ve changed the NTC , then that heater relay on the module faulty is really the only other cause.

thanks nomadpaul. ill try and replace the relays. since you know what f20 is you probably have the full list of codes…any chance you write them up on the fault code thread
