We have Whirlpool diplomat ADP8332 Dishwasher.
I opened door when I thought it finished but apparently not.
Operation appeared to have finished , water had drained and everything was spotlessly clean.
However machine had low hum for a while and then LED showed F3 fault.
If machine is ok can you advise if I will be able to reset.

You won’t be able to reset it.
It is a failure on the heating circuit somewhere, usually the heating element which is this one but I obviously can’t guarantee that, you’d have to check it.
