    Can anyone help?

    Error code F4 but have checked filter which is fine and water being pumped away as normal.

    F4 is a not draining fault.

    Are you sure the water is being pumped out quickly enough ?

    It may be worth checking the point where the waste hose connects to the sink trap (if it does connect that way of course) for blackages and restrictions.
