fabric conditioner not being taken in Bosch Classixx6

Hi My sister has a Bosch classixx6 WAE24 165GB/06 machine.
Problem is the conditioner still remains in the compartment after the wash has finished.
I looked at the drawer and noticed the drawer was broken (looked like a springy plastic flap over the conditioner compartment) so i suggested a replacement drawer was in order.
I ordered her one from the spares section here, and fitted it, and you guessed it with the same results.
As an experiment the soap compartment and the prewash compartment were filled with conditioner and this had disappeared at the end of the cycle,so it would appear that the pump /valve is working OK.

Can anyone shed any light on what might be happening and how to cure it.

Look up into the roof of the compartment and you will more than likely see that it is clogged up with black grunge. there is a very small window shaped hole in the centre above the fabric conditioner compartment, that is where the water comes in to flush the conditioner into the machine. TBH the only way to properly clean this compartment is to remove it from the machine and clean it in the sink.
